Careers with SERVPRO of Richmond and Henrico County

See what our Director of Administration, Christina Harding, has to say about working at SERVPRO of Richmond and SERVPRO of Henrico:

"Helping people in their time of need is what I love most about working at SERVPRO of Chesterfield. I began working here in 2003, when I was 17 years old! Now, almost 20 years later, I am the Director of Administration. I am involved all over the company – and I LOVE IT!

Our work environment is fast-paced, rewarding & team oriented. We never settle for mediocre! Our culture, our employees, and our daily sense of accomplishment makes SERVPRO a great place to work. Our owners have put so much into the company. They have supported us all with the knowledge, experience, sweat and tears they have poured into the company. The fact that we have grown to be one of the largest restoration companies is because of their continued investment.

If you like to help people through unique situations, then this is the job for you! There is never a dull moment. No situation is the same and you learn something new every day. Over a quarter of our company has been here for more than 5 years, many of us over 10 years, which shows the growth potential for any new candidate. The team we have is solid, which is why we continue to expand. If you’re looking for a place to grow with, I encourage you to look right here!"
